France gender equality index 2024:

Dourdin Decorative Solutions France remains committed to professional equality and is proud to have achieved an index of 86/100 in 2024.

At Dourdin Decorative Solutions France, we continue to foster an inclusive work environment that values diversity and equal opportunities. These principles are fundamental to our group’s values. Our efforts in 2024 have led to a slight improvement in our score, reinforcing our dedication to gender equality.


Our 2024 Results in details:

  • Gender Pay Gap: 38/40 (+1)
  • Promotion Rate Gap: 35/35
  • Pay Rises After Maternity Leave: Not calculable (no returns from maternity leave)
  • Representation of Women Among the 10 Highest Earners: 0/10
  • Score final : 86/100

While we have made progress this year, one key challenge remains: achieving better representation of women among our highest earners. Recognising the importance of this issue, Dourdin Decorative Solutions France is committed to further actions that promote gender balance at all levels of the organisation.


* According to the Law on the freedom to choose one’s professional future of 5 September 2018, companies with at least 50 employees must annually publish the overall score of the gender equality index and the scores for the 4 or 5 indicators that comprise it on their website. This index enables companies to assess the level of equality between women and men on a scale of 100 points, based on 4 indicators.
